Shaun Rose
Founder & Director
Bringing over 15 years of business banking experience
Shaun Rose is the founder and director of Rose Consulting & Financial Services (RCFS). With more than 25 years of experience in finance, 15 of those in business banking, including senior roles at National Australia Bank and Commonwealth Bank, Shaun has a wealth of knowledge in all forms of Business, Agri and Personal Finance. Previous to his banking days, Shaun worked as a Financial Controller for a large John Deere Group within Queensland so also has a very strong understanding on how both sides of the fence work.
In 2021, he decided to leave leaving banking and change direction. Part of this change outside of directly working for a multi-faceted business in the South Burnett as their Financial Controller, was also running his own consulting and finance business and is very fortunate to have so many great clients within the Wide Bay, South & North Burnett Regions. 5 years on, the team and business have grown and due to and the business now providing Full Brokering Services on top of its original offerings and services all of Australia.

Sarah is a finance and mortgage broker with over 18 years’ experience in banking and lending, and she has spent her career helping people navigate some of the biggest financial decisions they’ll ever make – buying a home, refinancing, and setting themselves up for long-term security.
Working in finance since 2007, she has seen firsthand how confusing and overwhelming the lending process can feel. Even highly capable clients often come to me feeling unsure, anxious, or worried about getting it “wrong”. Hwe role has always been to cut through the noise, explain things clearly, and advocate for her clients so they can move forward with confidence.
As a broker, she doesn’t believe in rushed conversations or one-size-fits-all solutions. She takes the time to understand each client’s situation, goals, and lifestyle, and I translate complex lending options into plain English so my clients can make informed, empowered decisions.
Alongside broking, Sarah is deeply passionate about financial education and money confidence.
